Job Duties:
- you will prepare and float all request document
- you will receive and ends users purchase request through manager
- you will check all technical requests to make sure they contain all required details
- you will prepare the bids evaluation reports and obtain necessary approvals to conclude bid process
- you will follow up with relevant stakeholders in resolving quesries
Job Requirement:
. minimum of Bsc/Hnd (Relevant discipline)
. Minimum of 2 years experience

- you will make sure high standard office practice/management in the director’s office
