Job Title: Ticketing And Reservation Officer

Job Duties:
- you will be in charge of booking of Airline Ticketing through Airline Reservation System
- you will handing passenger Queries and responds to the next level if not solved
- you will provide excellent customer service, anticipate and respond to passenger’s needs promptly and in a professional manner
- you will compute and do preparation of total sales report
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/Hnd in relevant discipline
. applicant should have knowledge or experience on Airline reservation systems like GALILEO, AMADEUS etc.
. applicant should also be verse with computer applications
