Job Duties:

- you will develop, implement and also execute strategic plans in field and be accountable for brilliant execution
- you will develop and follow through coaching and personal development plans for team
- you will develop insight generation and translation of insight that guide key business decisions
- you will enebale brilliant execution by driving discipline from planning to in market execution
- you help ensure business is conducted in line with diageo policies and code of business conduct guidlines

Job Requirement:
. Minimum of 4 years sales experience
