LOCATION: Abuja, Nigeria
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, management, supervision and documentation of country programs. H/She works closely with the Country Director who is responsible for strategic planning, policy, advocacy and external relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree
Minimum of 8 years related experience
3 years experience of leading program operations
Experience in cross-cultural work
Experience in writing proposals and donor reports.
Computer experience and proficient with software packages
Ability to communicate and interact with government officials, donors and other stakeholders
Working knowledge of budget management, project management and strategy development
Ability to complete some HR responsibilities when necessary is essential
